The Responsible of users management

The Responsible of users management is appointed by the Contact person for privacy by means of communication to the PEC address of the Information Systems and Innovation Management (dcsii.dag@pec.mef.gov.it), containing the following data:

• Institution
• Name and surname of the contact person
• Tax code
• Personal email address (PEO) from which requests for users will be sent
• Contact telephone number (optional)

The Responsible of users management is the only person entitled to request the activation, variation or revocation of users and operational roles provided for in the NoiPA system. He guarantees the verification and storage by the requesting Administration of all the required documentation. The Administration's User Management Responsible will have to keep the documentation for the identification of users for which he requests authorisation, making it available to the DSII without undue delay and in such a way as to allow punctual feedback also to authorised third parties such as, for example, the judicial authorities.

The Responsible of users management can:

Request the activation or variation of one or more operator roles by sending, from your own PEO box, a communication to the "GestioneUtenze.NoiPA@mef.gov.it" box with the object "Activation_operators" ("Variation_operators" in case of variation) attaching an excel file (using the available template) digitally signed with the indication, for each name to be enabled of:

• Institution
• Name and surname
• Tax code
• Roles to activate
• Visibility cone (institution/province/service office)
• PEO contact email address
• Contact telephone number.

Request the revocation of one or more operator roles already activated, sending, from your own PEO box, a communication to the "GestioneUtenze.NoiPA@mef.gov.it" box with subject: Deactivation_operators attaching an excel file (using the available template) digitally signed with the indication for each name to be deactivated of:

• Institution
• Name and surname
• Tax code
• Roles to deactivate
