Access NoiPA services with your Digital Identity
To access the personal area of NoiPA, it is necessary to use your digital identity, which can be certified with SPID credentials, Electronic Identity Card (CIE), or National Services Card (CNS).
In order to keep user information and data safe, the Personal Area of the Portal and the official NoiPA App are periodically subject to initiatives to raise the security levels of access to the personal area and use of services.
Access to the personal area and use of services from the NoiPA Portal
- To access the personal area from the Portal, it is necessary to use SPID - level 2 or the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) - level 2.

The OTP can be requested through the official NoiPA App and it is no longer possible to receive it via SMS. For those who used SMS as a method of receiving the OTP, it is necessary to enable receipt via the NoiPA App, from the "Profile" section of the Personal Area.
- It is also possible to access the portal through CIE – level 3 or CNS. In this case, the use of device services is not subject to the receipt of the OTP.
- Access via username and password is no longer allowed.
Access to the NoiPA App
- To access the services via App, users can authenticate with SPID - level 2 and CIE - level 2. Users who use PosteID to access with SPID can use biometric recognition. It is also possible to access the App using CIE - level 3.
- It will no longer be possible to use the tax code and password.
